I have always felt a deep calling towards different forms of expression. Acting, singing, speaking or physical movement. No matter the form of expression, it is a way to bring the inner voice out and visible. I think of myself as an instrument through which expression flows. Art and expression are ways to integrate and create communication. To be in touch with yourself and the world.

In October 2023, Sara Welling published
his debut album This voice is mine.
The album is an autobiographical ensemble of light and shadow - at the same time playful and deep, lyrical and musical.
